Nervous System

You can't possibly tell that I'm enamored with Nervous System right?? Well I hope you guys have already picked up a few pieces from these newbies for the holidays but if you haven't...nothin' says lovin' like a Happy New Year piece for yourself. Lemonstory

I've been on hiatus for a few days while I get some holiday orders out the door but when I came across Lemonstory on Modish I had to share. I'm really falling for the artists on etsy lately and I think it's fine time a few start wholesaling...ahem...hint hint. Parson's grad Anna Kim creates her bespoke Lemonstory collection right in Brooklyn. You already know what sets my heart aflutter...impeccable tailoring, unique shapes, and details, details! My favorite piece is the kimono shirt above...and yep, you'll be pretty shocked at the under $100 price tag.

Yellowcake

Impeccable tailoring and the mere mention of a sweet, spongey dessert covered in frosting? Well I think it's obvious why I am going over my $100 marker today...no?? Yellowcake springs from the imagination of Cleveland based artist Valerie Mayen. A painter, photographer, fashion designer, illustrator and dessert lover; Valerie applies all of the above to her Yellowcake collection. And she has great illustrations in her shop under $100 so really I'm still in the ballpark here!

Natural Historie

Gorgeous, one of a kind, jewelry from Natural Historie. The prices are fantastic and the jewelry goes fast so if you love it go get it! Check out Jenny Vorwaller's shop here.

Excuse the unnatural amount of jewelry posts; not only are there lots of jewelry designers out there but you guys seem to love giving and getting it for the holidays!

Cursive Design

This is how you get that "it's perfect" squeal out of a giftee! Cursive designer Sarah Fox makes these gorgeous 'textile meets jewelry' pieces as well as home goods. I just love the delicate feel of her nature inspired items...and yes, we're still well under $100 here.

Canopy Verde

You'll love this new eco friendly collection of bags from designer Linda Wong. Canopy Verde launched Fall 2008 with a range of styles in organic cotton/bamboo blend fabric, eco dyes, and chemical free embroidery. I love the simplicity of this new collection and the prices are pretty fantastic also. But it just got better...enter code "ecolover" at checkout for 20% off the entire site!

Metalicious

What girl wouldn't want a rock like that? Stephanie Maslow of Metalicious Designs casts these modern interpretations of the classic "rocks" from sterling silver and gold.
