Bells & Whistles is one of those fabulous flukes in design. Designer Barbara Rourke and her husband own a furniture design studio; Barbara began to experiment with sewing, resulting in these cute clutches. The leather appliques are a great way to modernize the clutch bag and really adds an artistic flair to the pieces. Must love that!
